Growing up and being involved in agriculture has brought me many blessings. One of the biggest ones would have to be the friends I've made thanks to this industry.
Caroline is one of those friends I've met thanks to ag. She reached out asking if I could swing by the Arkansas Youth Expo to grab some pictures of their family, and of course, I said yes! Caroline is an agriculture teacher and FFA advisor. Her husband, Austin, works in ag and raises show hogs. This time of year is busy for their family, with fairs and stock shows happening across the state, and while their son, Lee Paul, is a little too young to be in the ring, I'm looking forward to watching him develop a love for agriculture and livestock.
I think it's always a good idea to capture what's important to you and your family - and showing livestock is obviously important to the Lesters. It was a lot of fun getting to stop by AYE to see friends and youth from across the state in action. Plus, I don't think there's anything cuter than a baby in a feed bucket.
